For the “I vibe-coded this” crowd.

It works on your laptop. Let’s make it work for your customers.

You built the app. I help make it secure, reliable and ready for real customers, with proper sign-in, permissions and room to grow.

Start with a paid review. Scope and fee agreed upfront.

A cheerful yellow laptop in red sneakers, heading out with a blue suitcase.
Next stop: actual customers.

Your first step: Production Readiness Review

A clear plan.
Before a bigger build.

You’ve got a working prototype. Let’s find out what stands between it and a confident launch.

  • A launch recommendation. What’s ready, what needs work and why.
  • Fixes in priority order. What to tackle first and how to check it worked.
  • A separate build quote. The scope and cost of getting the fixes done.

A paid review, quoted for your app.
Scope, fee and timing agreed before you commit.

Keep the plan. Choose who does the build.

Example review format

Your launch list.
In plain English.

  1. Before launch

    Keep each customer’s data private.

Check that one account cannot read or change another account’s records.

  2. Verify under load

Make the busy bits hold up.

Test the main customer journey against the traffic you expect.

  3. Later, if needed

    Keep the cloud bill sensible.

Add infrastructure when a measured bottleneck calls for it.

Illustrative example, not a client result. Your review will reflect your app.

When you’re ready for the fixes

Same big idea.
A much sturdier app.

Practical engineering for the things your customers need to work, every time.

Sign-in is just the start.

I check permissions, data access and exposed secrets, then fix the agreed gaps so customers can use the right features and reach the right information.

Security, authentication & authorisation

Room for more customers.

Find the slow parts. Test your busiest journeys. Make sensible changes for the traffic you expect and the budget you have.

Performance & scalability

Launch. Sleep. Repeat.

Repeatable releases, useful alerts and backups you can restore. You get the setup and handover to keep your app running.

Deployment, monitoring & recovery

I start with your existing app. Any larger rebuild is explained and agreed first.

15years of figuring
this stuff out.

Good vibes. Grown-up engineering.

Hi, I’m Nile.
In your corner.

I’m Nile Suan, based in Sydney. I’ve spent 15 years building software, including nine running production systems on AWS. Today, I lead DevOps and platform engineering, with a background in solutions architecture.

You work directly with me. I explain the decisions in plain English, make the agreed changes and hand over the work. Your code, your accounts and your business stay yours.

A few things I’ve shipped.

Selected work from my engineering roles.

eCommerce infrastructure

Deployments down to 3 minutes.

Added redundancy, nightly backups and monitoring to an existing platform. Reduced manual operations work by 90%.

Financial services

Sign-in across multiple products.

Designed and built an identity verification and authentication platform, delivered through mobile apps, portals and APIs.

AI engineering

AI tools engineers use every day.

Built production tools connecting coding agents to the systems engineers work in, plus automated reviews that check findings against their sources.

Before you get in touch

Fair questions.
Straight answers.

Something else on your mind?
Just ask me

How much will this cost?

The review is paid and quoted for your app’s scope, integrations and setup. You get the fee before committing. Fixes and implementation are quoted separately.

How long will it take?

I’ll propose a delivery date with your review quote, based on the app and access needed. Any implementation gets its own agreed scope and timeline.

Will you rewrite everything?

I start with what you’ve built. If a larger change is needed, I explain why and agree it with you before doing the work.

I’m not technical. Is that a problem?

No. Tell me what the app does and where you’re stuck. I’ll explain the choices in terms of your product, time and budget.

Can you work with the tools I used?

Send a project link or the tools you used. I’ll check fit before quoting. You don’t need to know every detail of the setup.

What counts as ready for production?

We agree checks for your app: access controls, secure setup, expected traffic, releases and recovery. I verify the agreed scope. The product still needs care as it grows.

Am I locked in after the review?

No. The written plan is yours to use with me or another engineer. If I implement the fixes, the work stays in your repositories and accounts.
